• Ms. Lynne Finnell - Over 20 years experience working in community mental health centers and as a Correctional Counselor in the State Prison System. Masters Degree in Counseling, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
• Mr. Robert Winston- Certified Life Skills International Facilitator, Certified Batterer's Intervention Counselor, Certified Abuse Intervention With Life Skills (AILS), Bachelor of Science from Life Management Institute, Certified Temperament Counselor.
• Mr. George Bercaw- Masters Degree in Psychology, Post-Graduate Doctoral level studies at Vanderbilt University. Past President of the Tennessee Association of Psychological Examiners, member of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Psychological Association, serves on the Board of Directors for two paramedic Training Programs, Psychological Consultant to over thirty-five law enforcement agencies. Mr. Bercaw is a retired certified law enforcement officer and is a Licensed Senior Psychological Examiner who has practiced for over thirty years and has been honored for his outstanding achievement and contributions to the profession of Psychology by both state Psychological Associations. Recently appointed by Governor Bredesen to serve on the Tennessee Board of Examiners in Psychology. Clinical Director of Psychological Services and Internship Training for TCCS.
• Tennessee Community Counseling Services Internship Program- The Graduate Internship Program is 600 hours in duration and provides qualitative, quantitative opportunities in a very structured training environment with extensive supervision.
• Mr. Jim Setliff- Court Liaison for TCCS with 25 years experience in Nuclear Security, 4 years experience as a traffic officer, 4 years experience as a Military Police Officer, Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.
• Mrs. Shonda C. Lance - TCCS Office Manager with over 12 years work experience with community based mental health facilities, insurance, office management and case management experience.
• Ms. Jillian Lively- Five years Court Liaison experience with TCCS. Currently pursuing a Degree in Psychology.
• Mrs. Jennifer Jackson - TCCS Probation Director with over 10 years experience working with misdemeanor offenders. Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
